Waaaaaaaaaa:( Sob sob sob...

This post is going to be relatively sad.

I'm not big on adjusting to change. In fact I hate when people change, things around me change, and everything becomes different.

It totally blows!!

One of my best friends is flying back to the US today. I just went and met him, and it really sucks to say goodbye! Again. I went to meet him with his girlfriend, and it was just tooooo sad! I tried to steal his passport and ticket, but the smart guy kept it far away from me! I hope it rains so hard his flight gets cancelled! (OK call me immature, but I really couldn't give a damn. This is one of my moody and impossible phases.) Even though he was here for quite sometime, he was almost always busy and hardly met us, and is going away so soon!

This sucks!!!

Clint Eastwood

I'm happy..i'm feeling glad..
Got sunshine.. In a bag!
I'm useless, but not for long..
The future is coming on!

Now normally, I'm not a big fan of the Gorrilaz, but this song has that 'thing' about it y'know..

Anyway.. I'm happy I'm a crazy person. I'm happy I'm a freak sometimes! I'm happy I'm moody and impossible when I'm moody and impossible! I'm happy I'm all la di daa now! I'm happy I'm happy almost all the time! I'm happy my friends are who they are. I'm happy I'm me!!

I've said happy so many times in my head, that now it feels like its not a word at all!

This is kind of a sequel to the Q post, isn't it? Lol.
I'm happy..feeling glad:):)

Supernatural!

I wanted to blog about this earlier but for some reason, kept putting it off.
Actually, the reason is that its frickin freaky!!!
So, its common knowledge(for anyone knows who me, that is), that I don't pay attention in class. Occasionally there's the doubt-asking, so that the prof believes that I was listening in class so I get my attendance for the hour I wasted. But otherwise, when I'm not discussing current events of importance(gossipping!), I like to draw. OK, enough about that..

Something crazy happened in class a couple of days back!

So, the other day, I was sitting two benches ahead of where I normally sit. And was in the midst of drawing this abstract pattern. Making the long story short, the bell rang and I couldn't complete it. Here's what I drew.

So, the next day, in the midst of my other favourite passtime in class i.e talking, I happened to glance through another friend's notebook. AND HERE'S WHAT SHE'D DRAWN!!!

I'm serious. I almost had a heart attack when I saw what she'd drawn! It was the same thing!!! The only difference was that she'd drawn more than me. The pictures aren't clear, because the camera on my phone sucks. The day I began to draw this, I wasn't sitting anywhere near her. And after that, I met her only the next day! And there's no way she could've seen my book, because it was safe in my bag!

This was so freaky, I refused to talk to anyone after this happened. Initially, everyone thought this was a gag we were pulling on them, but after they found out that we weren't lying and the freak incident had actually happened out of coincidence, they were convinced that this was the coolest thing they'd ever seen!

I for one, do not think its cool. From any angle.

Its bloody freaky!

Does anyone have any logical explanation for this, because I'm all out of answers?!

OK I am going to try..

So there's this 'Q'. Now, Q is basically everything you've been looking for. Q is funny, though sometimes Q cracks some very stupid jokes. Q is smart, sometimes bookish-ly, mostly otherwise. Q is also quite talented! Q can be very off sometimes, so phased out and indifferent, you can't really figure out what the hell is going on in Q's mind! Q will cheer you up when all seems wrong, Q will compliment you when Q appreciates something about you. Q also gets really worked up before some major event is going to happen. Q has a decent taste in music.

Q is pretty much happy all the time. Q is crazy, and Q will sometimes do really stupid things. Q will also make you do really stupid things. Q hates when things get complicated, Q really prefers when things are nice and simple.

Q has nice hair!:)

Q is basically awesome!

So, don't you think Q is oh-so perfect?!

Of course you do.

Q is me.

Oh I totally forgot, Q is very very very modest. ;)
I can never write about my A's and K's. Its weird, I can't even if  I want to. Its funny, because no-one know of this blog. And its not fair, because it makes me look chicken(which btw, I am:().

A friend and I were talking about these other blogs where people can actually bring themselves to write about stuff going on in their lives, and in the lives of people around them. My friends would never speak to me again if I ever blogged about their social life. Blogging about random things bout them would probably be flattering, but something like, 'P and K got back...again!', would just get me some very very rude stares!

Ah and then, there's always the option of blogging about me. If I ever plan on doing that, then I'm pretty darn sure that all the fun will completely be sucked out of my life, and my already flimsy social life will be on a standstill! The most personal thing I can probably say is, 'Yayy I got my hair cut', or something of the sort. *Sigh*

So here's to them, who can blog about anything and everything. I bow to you, because you are truly something else! Cheers!:)

I love you...you love me....

So today I saw a gay guy!!!!

I have no idea why I'm so excited. But I've never seen a gay guy before!! Sure, there are gay characters on TV shows, and there are guys in college who look gay, and some who act gay and some who are better off gay..but this guy was actually gay!!!

A friend of mine decided to get her hair cut, so we were at this salon. And he was sitting there. I didn't notice him in the beginning. No-one did. Then later this other girl started talking to him. Now, a straight boy goes to a salon with a girl, only for two reasons.
1. He is totally hitting on her.
or
2. He's her husband!!

So you cant call it eavesdropping, because the two of them weren't exactly whispering to each other across the room, but three minutes into their conversation and anyone could tell he wasn't her significant other. It went something like this:

Boy: I was looking at this fashion magazine...
(No straight boy looks at a fashion magazine!!!!)

Boy: So have you been following the Olympics?
Girl: Do I look like a girl who's interested in sports?
Boy: (laughs) Good question..
Girl: So, have you?
Boy: Same question as yours (giggles)

(Such a give-away.)

At this, my friend and me looked at each other and all doubts were confirmed!
Later, I asked her, "Are you sure he was....?" "Gay?", she completed my sentence, "D-uh, he was more feminine than both of us together!!"

OK, so I don't know how to end this post, but I saw a gay guy!!

PS - I have absolutely nothing against gay people. Just that I've never met one in person, so I was damn excited!

Thought for today, which should probably be considered by the legal system in every country.

Rapists must be castrated!

I solemnly swear...

So put on a party hat and bring in the new year!! Rather, new academic year!!

The multiple exclamation marks might lead you to ask one question. 'Why so excited?' If you've watched 'The Dark Knight' you will read the 'Why so...' line in your mind exactly how Joker says 'Why so serious...' That was a very random thought which had no reason to be there. But I felt like it anyway!

Yeah, so if you're still reading this you're probably thinking, 'Why on earth is she happy about college reopening??' To be really honest, the same question is looming in my head, and I am nowhere close to the answer. I woke up this morning, totally sleep deprived and frowning and wondered just what I had done to enrage the gods! But then, as the day passed, the mood started changing. Again, no idea.

Ok digression.. The reason I really began to write this post is that I decided to make resolutions. A little late in the year, I know. But remember the whole 'new academic year' bit?

Anyhoo...

1. Read. More than last year. More than text books. More than words! (Ah, it was just so tempting to add the last bit!)

2. Following 1...get down to finishing Shantaram. I've spent more than 8 months on the book, and nowhere close to finishing it.

3. Do not get involved in anyone's personal life. And even if they ask for your opinion, pretend like you don't hear them.

4. Get involved in my personal life. :)

5. Learn to keep secrets.

6. Watch Dexter. I've heard wayy too much about the show!

7. Be extremely candid! Say what you need to, want to, have to say! Its exhilarating! Thank you, John Mayer!

8. Save up and go for an expensive dinner with friends, when all is rainbows and butterflies again! :)

9. Take more photographs wherever I go!

10. Bungee jump! (This has been in all my resolution lists till date.)

11. Tell more people of this blog. Currently, its just you, me and Dupree. No, seriously!

12. Learn a foreign language.

Ok now I'm running out of things to do in the next 365..Will keep y'all updated as and when I think of stuff!

Ciao!

Nothing is impossible!

Yeah right! Whoever said this was wrong wrong WRONG!

Here, in my opinion, are some things which are absolutely impossible to accomplish! For me, atleast.

- Using the public transport i.e the local bus to commute in Bangalore, for more than two consecutive days. Whoever disagrees has not travelled from Koramangala to any place after 6 p.m. Holy crap!

- Commuting in Bangalore without losing your mind!

- Sit through an entire day in class without falling asleep. (College reopening soon. *Sigh*)

- Bringing the spirits of Bangaloreans down, blast or no blast!

- Going an entire day without bitching. Impossible.

- Sitting at home, doing nothing, for more than two consecutive days.

- Watch The Dark Knight, and not like it!

- To like hip-hop, and trance. The two genres do not count as music. Period.

- To make plans more than 2 days in advance for anything!

- Spend a day without gossiping. (Spoken like a true woman, eh?)

Yeah, now I'm going to think of an appropriate soundtrack for my mission-impossible.
