A piece for you
Now, if you guys have gotten past the awesomeness of that sentence..
- I'm in the homeland. For a month now! Why the (no) fuss? Because all I do is work and sleep. No kidding. The weather did get considerably better, though. Come on, you have to give me that!
- I'm here for three months, let the festivities begin (or, rather, continue..)!
- I lost my phone. Which I see might not be such a bad thing because the internet has been flooded with news about the NEW iPhone 4G which:
- looks kickass!
- has some even-more kickass features.
- is only 200$ (currently around Rs 9000, baby!!), courtesy AT&T!
- A decent GPA this sem around. No, not three A's, but one A and two A minuses. (pauses to gloat)
- I've been very contemplative of late. Don't worry, there wont be any contemplation in this post (OR WILL THERE). Oh, I have a bus pass now!
- There are many talks of weddings going on in my family. NO, NOT MINE! (Spare me the horror already) My cousins, near/far. I think my family is waiting to see what I end up marrying, though!
- Neo is doing fine, thank you very much for asking.
- Have all of you watched kickass yet?
- I'm suddenly not very sure if I like babies. If I were a baby, I would most certainly NOT LIKE adults!
- Entourage next month!
- It turns out my brother's really intelligent! He just finished his 12th + other related exams and it's getting really hard to find new places to hide my face as each of their results come out. I'd like to think he gets it from me.
- I need a new hobby. Something to do when I start thinking. Thinking is bad for health.
- There's this ad on TV I don't get. Its a paint ad, London/Paris? Do any of you all get it?
- New discovery. Hyperbole and a half. Awesome blog!
- Even more awesomeness! This. Please do contact her.
Promise to be back soon. Ta!

March On!
I love March, not because of the obvious (birthday related) reasons, but just. Back home, I always related March to spring, and spring to happy (actually, I relate just about anything to happy). Spring after winter is such a nice change! I'm not a big fan of winter (though, I LOVE December, for Christmas and holiday related reasons. But now, Bangalore has already become prey to the untolerable heat. Global warming... sheesh!).
Here, spring is spring, although, it might be spring one day, summer the other and straight out monsoon another (I'm also not sure the term monsoon is demographically correct). But I'm hoping, it's spring for most of it.
'I don't care too much for money, money can't buy me love!'

So I woke up this morning feeling as shitty as humanly possible. Its been a shitty set of days in LA, with some mad rains. Rains hard enough to cancel the one class I was supposed to attend this week, making me feel shitty. That, actually, worked pretty OK, because I haven't been able to keep my eyes open for the last few days. This jetlag can be quite an annoying thing.
Today was especially bad. I woke up, determined to do SOMETHING, just anything, really. I woke up early (naturally, because I'm still living by India time!), had a bath and was good to go when my mood suddenly swung. I think its post-India syndrome, but I couldn't stop feeling miserable and upset. So I took a long walk in the rain. Unfortunately my ipod decided to turn its back on me too and played the saddest songs in the history of music, good songs nevertheless. And me, I listened. Felt worse. Needless to say, the walk did not help.
As if things aren't bad enough, it seems like I've already managed to piss people off in LA. Because there are fewer conversations, fewer smiles, fewer everything. And I don't even talk that much. I honestly. for the life of me, fathom what's wrong with the world.
I think, and this is the only explanation I've come up with, it's the advent of February. The dreaded month of February. The days of misery seem to have rrived early this year! Man, I'm rambling!
I feel alone. :(
And I feel like such a sissy!
Sigh.

City Love
Well, atleast I'll try not to.
I watched two movies today. After God knows how long! Actually after yesterday. But THAT was after God knows how long! So quick movie reviews!
He's just not that into you - Contrary to the various negative reviews I heard about this one, I actually found this one pretty decent. Minus the Drew Barrymore parts. Those were bullshit. I actually watched it because of my new-found love for Kevin Connolly, but really really liked Justin Long at the end of it. BUT women are not like 'Gigi'. Period.
The AnswerMan - Different. Not great but nice. LOVED Lauren Graham in it. And I kept thinking the protagonist was Dave Coulier, he wasn't.
(500) Days of Summer - Like the narrator says, this is a boy-girl story but it isn't a love story. I liked this one. Very much. Awesome performances and story line and a really really good soundtrack. Watch!
Coraline - Animated. Horror, kind of. Nice. Its got Teri Hatcher playing a kind of witch in it.
Waiting for Shrek 4! According to my Graphics prof, who works at Dreamworks, its the craziest, whackiest Shrek ever! Yaaiy!
I have been geeking out lately. Our latest assignment was Youtube related so I actually go to my homework page to listen to music of late. Also I really want t show off my awesomeness, so please visit this. Much help was provided by my roommate, A. So, much thanks to her!
On the life front, I've decided to give alcohol a well-deserved break, atleast for a month or two. I miss home too much and the tequila consumption really clouds my judgement and makes me do rubbish things to make up for that. And the next morning is always the next evening! So, adios, CH3OH, C2H5OH and the likes. You will not be missed. I bet my roommates will be real glad to read that. But they don't read this, so too bad.
I'm visiting Vegas over the weekend. Think I should push the above break by a week? Or does Vegas come with a default don't-give-a-shit pass? I guess I will let Vegas decide that for itself. And I'm going with two older brothers. Hopefully they will take care of my expenses. :)
I'm going to miss Halloween in LA! Damn!
My friends told me not to stop blogging, but I think I should throw the advice right back at them. So yeah, Ramya and Akaash, give work a break and come with a super post! Go go go!
On a crazy mental note, this is one of my classmates. Looking at his CV really made me question everything! And he's our age! God so did not spend the same amount of time on all of us!
I'm leaving you all with this. Watch the last 4 minutes of the video. Its awesome! I seriously new respect for Surds after this! Look how happy they look!

Who Says? (Stuff we hear in my house - 2)
Camera-person: Cheeeeeese.
V: Shit. Who dropped cake on the floor!?
M: OK, I gotta leave, lab work to be done.
D: Say hi to R and go, she'll be here in a bit.
M: Give me her number, I'll call her and tell her.
*nice way to get a girl's number, what say??*
R gets a call from M, as he's leaving.
R: Yeah, dude.
R: WHAT!!!? *hangs up*
Us: WHAT?
R: M opened 301 thinking it was the exit and he saw people doing it!!
Boys in room: thinking of different ways to say OOOPPS!
A(on Skype, to her friends back home who've all met up to wish her, and who is completely unaware that her living room is currently filled with people ready to surprise her) : Shit all of you are here!!
Everyone in the other room (LOUDLY!): DAMN!!
A: ???
In other news, I was on my way to Graphics class last evening. And I see this huge flyer up at school saying its Porn Week at school! WTF!?

Say (Stuff we hear in my house -1)
Me: Ooooooh!
A: Its not like that, I only respect him. *solemnly*
Me: Bwahahahahahahaha!
Me(to A): Yaaaiy I saw cute boys in our building and there are two of them! One for me and one for you!
Roommate 2(V, who btw, is seeing someone): Excuse me, what about me??
Me and A: look at V.
V: Oops, why did I say that!
Me: proceeds to tell the world!
R( as, he, walks into our house): I'm PMS-ing today!
A: Aww lets get you some feel-good chocolate!
R: OK, I'm not that much of a girl yet!
Me: I'm the nerd girl next door!
A: You're SO not the girl next door! You're the girl in the opposite house.
Me: What's that supposed to mean?
A: You remember the movie with Manisha Koirala, where she has an affair with the really young boy??
Me: WTF!!!!!????

The highs, the lows, the maybe's, the damnits and the hell yeah's!
Even though 22 has been my favourite age by far, I still can't help wanting to be 18, going back to a simpler time. Actually thinking, a simpler time would be, say 3, but that's kind of impractical. Not that this isn't, but still.
I would've done so many things differently.
For starters, I would've insisted on shifting to another city and living in a hostel, because right now I'm too spoilt and too used to home to be anywhere else. Put me in a deserted island and ask me what I'd take with me and the answer is an inflatable boat which would get me back home. Not Jude Law, not John Mayer. A boat.
I would've made an actual attempt at learning to play the guitar. I have a guitar. And. I cannot play it. Unless you count playing every song with the C, G, D chords, then yes. I am the next Hendrix. And don't say atleast you learnt that much. Its not much, not much at all.
No surprises here. I would have taken up a design course. I'm not an expert at any form of design right now, and I'm not saying that NID or NIFT would be laying out red carpets for me. But if I'd known then, that, computers aren't as cool as they're made out to be (no offense to anyone) (well actually, computers are pretty cool and I don't see myself without one, but I don't see myself sitting in front of one all the time, either), then I wouldn't have decided to go (settle) with engineering.
And, the crush I had on that 19 year old would seem anything but ick. I know. And, don't judge me. :-|
I would not have been a moody pain-in-the-ass. I was impossible back then. I got angry easily, fought with people for really stupid reasons (some of whom I'm still not speaking to) and got way too attached to people. Trust me, if you know me now, I'm much better. Yes, the mood swings used to be more frequent, longer in duration and none of them ended well. Note. I did not cry. Not then, not now. I was born with a heart of stone. I don't know how my friends were friends with me.
I would have, in capitals, bold and italics, THROWN, my cellphone off some mountain.
But now that I am 22, never lived in a hostel, an amateur at playing the guitar, an engineer (God, it still feels weird saying that), LESS moody and still with a cellphone, there are things I wouldn't dream of changing.
Staying home. Any other college's hostel would be OK. But the hostel in the college I studied in, big no-no. According to my friends, their warden was Hitler. No kidding.
Well, I didn't learn the guitar. But I can sing. Which doesn't change anything, but does make things slightly better, no? Yes.
Engineering. Ah, its a love-hate relationship, really. Hate the degree, hate the courses, hated the teachers, hated that they made us come to college on Sunday to compensate for some other suddenly-declared holiday, hated internals, hated externals, really HATED lab externals. But then, all the bunking, bitching, sleeping in classes, eating in classes, fighting for internal marks, fighting with teachers for everything, pretending to listen, doing anything but listening in class, drawing instead of taking notes, getting thrown out of class, going out after college, alcohol, that lake near college, NICE road, Dance dance Revolution. The list continues, and I'm going to mention just about everything I can remember. M's desserts, karting, being in a band, movies at Forum, Wii at R's place, sleepovers at K's place, sports day at S' place, messing up P's and B's place, and V's and D's and just about every alphabet's place, shopping for gifts, BIRTHDAYS, SURPRISES, TREATS, B.U, Gokarna, Udaipur, GOA, pulling everyone's legs, getting my legs pulled (sorry A, if you actually read this), everything! I'll miss it all, not the getting my legs pulled so much, but really I'll miss it all. And come to think about it, I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world!
Ah, that 19 year old. Someday when I'm 99 and he's 96, it'll hardly make a difference, yeah? (pathetic, pathetic)
And the moody bit. I think we can all agree (by we, I mean those of you who actually know me), I've gotten better over the 4 years. And if you expected more, screw you. You aren't perfect either. Yeah, the rude bit won't ever change, so get used to it.
As for the cellphone, prank calls and prank-messages kind of make up for it. :)
Oh. Lookie here. Turns out, I was fine all along.

Just so you don't forget.....ME!
*What're you doing?*
Quoting Ms. Hide n Seek, "NOTHING!!!!" *yes it does feel great to be able to say that!*
Other than that, I'm quite confused too. Confused about where to go from here. Do an M.S, work for a year, do design, there are just too many forks! And being jobless instigates the thought process with a bang. Thinking does no good either, every night I fall asleep, the same confused soul I woke up as. *help!*
On the movie front, I've been keeping myself busy. So quick reviews:
Bolt: Watch watch watch. Simply ADORABLE. Disney movie. 'Nuf said!
Terminator Salvation: OK. Timepass. Nice effects. Good ol' Arnie makes a special appearance and all!
August Rush: Nice. Predictable. Not super, but decent. Starring Jonathan Rhys Myers. I absolutely loved him in Bend it Like Beckham.
Fireflies in the Garden: Watch. Cryptic and all, but nice. Ryan Reynolds, Julia Roberts. Also, William Dafoe stars in it(Norman Osbourne from Spiderman). I don't know about you, but I can't somehow stand the guy!
Role Models: Paul Rudd, Sean William Scott. OK. Watch if you're really bored. But they have a land called Kiss-man-thia! And Paul Rudd as Gene Simmons looks really cute!
Hard Candy: Ellen Page. WATCH. IN BIG FAT CAPS. WOW! Ellen Page is just bloody brilliant. Man, new respect for her.
10 Things I hate About You: For the 10th time :) I miss Heath Ledger. Sigh. :'(
Haffun you guys!

A few truths about life by Silverstreak B.E
2. Blue is a beautiful colour. However, blue curacao is most deceiving. Do not order cocktails for their blue colour. They're almost always not very good!
3. This I learnt from a friend. To avoid shoe bites, rub dry soap on the inner soles of your shoes. It really works. :) Now I'm not scared to wear stilettos!
4. Back rubs are AWESOME. I'm so hiring a personal massuese when I'm older and rich. And also a cook. The latter will be necessary.
5. Sometimes, when you cannot eat before an exam, it DOES NOT mean you are anorexic. Someone needs to tell my mother this.
6. Surrender - Cheap Trick, I think will be my theme song in 10 years.
7. It kind of is now too, my parents are pretty darned cool.
8. Advaita are really really REALLY good!
9. You don't need cleavage to get drinks on the house!
10. Belly button piercings do not hurt much. As in, they're less painful than even injections. And I hate injections too. There's a little blood involved though, as in a teensy amount, and that fucks things for a bit. Otherwise its fine.
11. It DOES get better, and people DO forget about it.
12. Girls DO NOT like it when you go up to them when they're carrying a lot of stuff and you ask them, 'Can you carry all that?' We know you mean well but saying 'Do you want help with that?', is received well. Yep. We're weird, like that.
13. Cracking jokes is an amazing way to break the tension. I know, I do it all the time. My jokes are horrible sometimes, though.
14. Noone cares about what you do, so go ahead and have your fun!
15. Taking notes in class never helped. So don't bother.
16. Thinking is baaaaaaad for health. It is. Really.
Thank me later. :)

Just, because I felt like!
I seem to be blogging a lot in my sleep now-a-days!
Hi, its been long.
Things I don't want to be talking about today :
- project (lets call it the horrible P(ee), if you absolutely have to (wow! double parentheses)),
- facebook (no reason),
- .pic format,
- C++ and
- dyslexia. ( I just added that for no reason at all! ;) ).
- Oh, and most importantly, SEGMENTATION, because that has NOTHING to do with the horrible P(ee)! Period.
- Oh, also Star Sitara. Someday you will get what you deserve, bitch at the reception!
- And Poornima, the bitch in the IS dept. I mean, really, who says, 'give' instead of Excuse me!!!!
Notes you should be taking down :
- What goes around comes around! (And you CAN (italicized and capitalized!) get stitched in those unspeakable parts!!) I'd like nothing more than to talk about this, but it could get offensive, and even though its MY blog, I'm not going to. All I can spill is I've never felt happier for something that has nothing to do with me!
- What goes around comes around! Sadly, worked the opposite for me too. Be careful about what you say, especially when the presentation for the aforementioned P(ee) is around. I did some extensive amounts of bitching one day, and the next day, Linus crashed, Windows also crashed, 160 GB of free space! What can I say, God does punish too! :(
What have I been doing? So sweet of you to ask. Well I haven't been redesigning my blog (great job BTW, Perplexed), or analyzing relationships (tell me when you do get the answer, ~R~) or having the naked dream ( at least you aren't in high school anymore, Shenanigans)! I haven't been doing much on the fun front lately, but in spite of the P(ee), I just HAD to drop in and say hi!
Hi!! :)

*enter 8th semester project guide*
My project guide is just awesome! And my friends and me have this major older dude thing for him! He's well over forty, and he's the smartest dude you would've ever met! He's a scientist (how cool is that!!?) and just wow, and he scares the shit out of me!!! You should see him walk, if he were in a marathon, he would win it, hands down! After lunch, when my friends and me grudgingly crawl back to our project campus, he just walks past us like he's Michael Johnson or something. And this is throughout the day! And he has an answer for EVERYTHING. You try to say something, and all he has to say is, OK, let me put it this way, and you'll just completely forget the point you were trying to make. Me, I'm left speechless when he asks me anything, and that results in the excess garbage that emanates from my mouth! Even scarier is his laugh. Its actually like a mad scientist, or as Phoebe puts it, the plan laugh. Its resounding and you can hear it all the way across the corridor. But he's awesome! I give him the Supreme Awesomeness Certificate! :)
And what doesn't help is that our project progress is like, really slow, and we end up looking like stupid retards to him, who are probably the laziest fools on the planet. And that's not cool. :(

Just...
My favourite part of Grey's Anatomy so far have been the last 30 seconds of Season 3 Episode 2. And also the part of the episode where Burke tells Addison his vows.
Fix You is one of the best songs to have EVER been made.
Wish you were here IS the best song ever to have been made.
Dev Patel is ADORABLE!
I think I might've been involved with John Mayer and Eric Dane in my previous life. Romantically. =P
Men in uniform are unbelievably hot! Men, not in uniform, sometimes are too.
Isaiah Washington should be back on Grey's Anatomy, and so should Kate Walsh.
Brad Pitt is an ass. So is Jude Law. Though the latter is incredibly hot!
I cry everytime I watch the last episode of Friends, and the episode in Scrubs where Carla finds out she's pregnant.
Valentine's Day is a big cliché.
Pramod Muthalik must die.
Manmohan Singh should do something which creates some kind of an impact. The good kind. So should Pratibha Patil.

Guten TAG!!
I'm changing the rules of this tag a little. You're supposed to pick the sixth picture from your sixth folder and put it up, but there are sub-folders in my Pictures folders and this is all very confusing, so I'm choosing a random folder and picking the 6th picture in that.
Thank you, perplexed, for tagging me:)
This was at BBB's terrace one September evening. Which was awesome! I remember it was September because it was his birthday a few days before that, and we'd spent half the day shopping for his gifts. What you can see here is JJ working the barbeque grill. It took a lot of time, lots of charcoal and many coconut kernels(no idea how that worked!) to get that fire going. Then M came over and the cooking bit commenced. JJ and M did almost all of the cooking and the rest of us had our fill! I admit, I did NO cooking, absolutely. And its kinda better that way. My mother has told me, on more than one occasion, that I must stay out of the kitchen as often as possible(I completely agree with her), and I thought it best to do the same on that day.
Chicken sausages are yummy! Marinated BBQ'd panner is yummier!!
Then the alcohol was brought out. We were all very happy high and dancing and chilling! We all had charcoal on our faces, and looked like we'd just finished our day's work in a train engine! We were on the terrace till we couldn't bear the cold and came back to BBB's house. Whose mom is the coolest mom EVER! Seriously! I have a girl crush on her!! Which mom would be OK with her son calling his friends over all of a sudden and then letting them stay over too?? Not mine!! I mean, my mom is pretty cool and all, but there are lines, that MUST not be crossed!
Anyhoo, the night was fun, and very different, because none of us had done a BBQ party before. Thank you BBB, and hope you throw many more parties!:)
I'd like to tag - Aditi, Iceman and Arunima. Knock yourselves out!
Oh, and Sarcastica too!

And here we go again...
Minute to mourn.
An ex-President died last evening.
More mourning.
Colleges didn't declare a HOLIDAY!!
OK, I can't even start mourning there, because it'll go on forever.
Finally, in the final semester, which means college only three days a week! A three day week is seriously God-sent! Its so worth going through three and a half years to finally reach Heaven.
Minute to thank God.
I finally caught Slumdog(twice!) and I'm IN LOVE with Jamal Malik! Which includes young Jamal, middle Jamal and old Jamal. Especially old Jamal! Dev Patel is so adorably cute in the movie and the dance sequence in Jai Ho makes him even more adorable! And his ears.. oh his ears are just so cute.. OK I sound too girly there, so lets skip the lame stuff and go back to the land where I am cool!
Yo!
There was just one resolution I made for the new year this time around which was to turn 22 in style, and be happy in the process! I did not exactly handle 21 very well. The day before my 21st birthday was a disaster, and only in this blog will I admit this. I cried. And I have a no crying in front of people rule. Ah, how I hate growing older. And 21 is ooooooold! Sigh. My birthday was great though, thank to my friends.
And here we are. Its nearly a year later, and I turn the big two two in a couple of weeks. So I decided to make more resolutions!
1. I will be a little more selfish.
2. I will be a little more nice to those I like and a little more rude to those I don't. Watch out!
3. I will not attend college too much!
4. I will meet interesting new people and make new friends!
5. I will do a little bit of everything this semester(and year).
6. Short term: I will watch Luck by Chance.
7. I will go to Udaipur.
8. I will be one AWESOME 22 year old!
On a more serious note, I personally feel the whole Sriram Sena group must be castrated! Violation and molestation and then the dude says there's nothing wrong in apologizing, so I will. What the F*@#!!! Fuc*$ng as$holes! Who on bloody earth do they think they are! I was furious when I saw the news! And considering this happened in India, these bastar%s will get away scot free. Its so bloody unfair! I hope they're hung. Aaaaarrrgghh!!
And also this whole Amitabh scandal with Slumdog. Man, the dude lives in a mansion and he talks about negative portrayal of India! Seriously!!? More than half of the country's population lives below the poverty line, and the FIRST thing a person sees when he lands in Bombay is the Dharavi slum. Obviously this is the first impression anyone gets of the country. And any movie is made by exploiting some central fact. Take Black itself. A deaf, dumb and blind kid was portrayed. Anyone could've argued that the child's condition was exploited. But obviously a healthy kid couldn't've been used. The dude's wife and best friend are into politics. Ask him to get them to do something so the country's condition is improved! Bloody.

A big shout-out going out to...
Marley and Me - I *heart* the movie!!! The doggie is just soooo cute!! And contrary to the initial hype, the movie is less about Jennifer Aniston and more about Owen Wilson. And the doggie! Plus it has Eric Dane a.k.a McSteamy in it!
Coin runner in Funky stadium - is the best passtime ever! The burrow rocks! Closely followed by Guitar Hero! Which is super-awesome!
S - for buying what she did! I'm too proud of you for having done it!
Ben Lee - Catch my disease is the most feel-good song of the season. And it was featured on Scrubs, the latest season. Which made me feel-even-more-good!
Scrubs -The latest season is definitely better than season 7, which was bull crap! Plus it has Courtney Cox in it! Woohoo! Three cheers to Bill Lawrence!
Pregnancy - My CN tacher is pregnant, and she hates me, so I won't have to look at her face in the final semester *fingers crossed* God is awesome!!
Ed Westwick - *all hail*
and finally,
A R Rahman - for winning the Golden Globe. I still have to watch Slumdog Millionaire, though. Can't wait!!

If ever you need something to wake you up, when you're insanely drowsy, or completely slumped or demoralized, listen to the second half of Free bird - Lynyrd Skynyrd.
It works like caffeine! You'll be up and running in no time!

iThink
Haven't I told you about my Apple plan? I haven't? Woah! That's an accomplishment for me, considering I can't stop talking about it. Anyway, today must be your lucky day, because you get to hear it too! Its simple, really.
In ten years or so, I plan to buy Apple.
The company? With the iPod and the likes?
D-uh! Thought you could figure that out from the title!
What??
Yes.
Hmmm.. Ok!
OK, wait I expected a more supportive answer, something in the lines of how awesome I am, and how awesome the plan is, and how awesome the world will be with me there! Nothing?? That's it! I'm not giving you free iJets or iHouses! I will live on my iCloud and you chumps will be stuck on earth! Hmph!
Lets digress.
The explanation for the above paragraph: I'm a Piscean. Pisceans are dreamers. And I for one, am a super ambitious one at that. Though I have no short time goals, just awesomely awesome long term ones(which may just come true, btw.)!
So the real point of the post. I(with space)think:
(yep, this is another one of them self indulgent posts)
1. Exams are bo-ooooring! I'm done with just one, and it already feels like a life time of torture!
2. Insomnia during exams is the worst thing that can hapen to you.
3. Two simple words, 'You go', can redefine the word hilarious!!
4. I must be mad to be writing this during exams. But you knew that already!
5. Birthdays during exams are the worst thing that can happen to you! No, no not mine, but people I know.
6. Orlando Bloom is one of the prettiest actors in Hollywood. Note - I said prettiest, and I said actor(male).
7. Aye Bachchu is a super funky song! (Yes, I'm one of those who can't wait for Ghajini! And no, I haven't shaved my head!)
8. Adventures in Solitude is also an awesome song!
9. Maintainability should have a better and much longer definition than -just being the ability to maintain!! (And you mech boys say Mechanical engineering is hard!! Gaaah!)
10. Its really annoying when there are seeds and there are peers, but still Starter Wife will not download!
11. Dexter is going to be awesome! Can't wait to watch it after exams!
12. Shonda Rimes should completely stop the Izzie-having-sex-with-a-dead-person storyline! Give me a break! Yes, Alex, that's the truth! And its stooopid! And yes, apparently, it can happen!
13. Amitabh Bachchan is not all that. There, I said it!
14. They could've changed the Dostana ending. And made the two characters gay. That would've been a much better ending. It was totally entertaining, though.
15. I kinda overuse exclamation marks.
16. Its now 11a.m and I should start studying!
Now, you think!
Happy holidays!

Why alcohol, when you have air, and S!!
So let me tell you all the story of my awesome day..
Today was the first and last day of my internals, because, given that I'm awesome, I had to give just one paper this time. I did AWESOMELY, thank you for asking! If I don't get a 25, I'm going to seriously sue.
I made a new friend today! Guess who? My HOD! We're now tight. No, seriously. We had a one hour long chat today, about general stuff, wherein she asked me if she was strict. And then we had another twenty minute conversation where I pointed out that she was 'rigid' and not strict. There was also lots of laughing at her, with her!! I came out, scared of myself.
Then I watched Dostana with my friends. Perplexed, you were right! It was awesome!! And Urvashi is awesome!! We actually danced to Desi Girl! What a kickass song!!!! Its still running in my head. P and V were very embarrassed to be seen with us. Wow! Abhishek Bachchan is normally an ass, but he's seriously outdone himself in the movie! And Priyanka Chopra is good too. John Abraham cant really act, but he's done a decent job in the movie. The emotional scenes are a little dragging, but the movie is really good! Its totally nonsensical and total timepass. You come out feeling super good about yourself!! And wanting to dance!
I went to Corner House. This is what the title is all about. You know how people get high on alcohol, and do and say absolute crap! Crap that can totally be used to embarrass them!? Well something like that happened. Minus the booze.
But before you read ahead, let me warn you about something. I have a gift. I can make the funniest thing sound supremely unfunny. And what happened was really really funny!
There, I said it. Don't say I didn't warn you! So 'S' went crazy today!! Now, she has no idea I'm taking this online! She had Cake Fudge at corner house. Just that. And she totally lost it. Completely. She was throwing glasses of water on her boyfriend for absolutely no reason! And she did a 'dhak dhak' like step to indicate CPR. Then there was her talking about white 'chaddies'! OK, I'm going to stop, I'm ruining it already!
Anyway, here's some advice.
1. Watch Dostana.
2.Don't ever watch movies in Vision Cinemas.
3. Screw alcohol, drink chocolate sauce instead.
4. Make friends with your HOD!
Adios!:)
Oh, oh and thanks A for the ice cream!!
